Bridging is thrilled to be named one of the 2025 Great Workplaces in Minnesota!  Nine companies were named in two categories, small employers (15-49 Minnesota employees) and large employers (50 or more Minnesota employees). Bridging was named #8 in the small employers category.

Representatives from each recipient organization gathered at a reception and awards ceremony at the Minneapolis Club on February 10, 2025. Event emcee and Executive Vice-President of Best Companies Group Jaime Zepeda highlighted features that contribute to Bridging’s staff-centered culture and recognition efforts:

“This nonprofit [Bridging] offers competitive benefits, regular staff meetings, an annual staff appreciation week, and listening sessions with leadership. They also host March Madness brackets competitions, cookie exchanges, and quarterly potlucks.”

Great Workplaces in Minnesota is a collaborative effort between Best Companies Group, the Minnesota Society of Human Resource Management, and Twin Cities Business.

The esteemed recipient organizations participated in a thorough assessment of workplace culture. The award was 100% based on employee feedback. Only the organizations with the highest percentages were recognized among the publicly and privately held for-profit, nonprofit, and government entities who applied for the award, as described in the February/March issue of Twin Cities Business magazine.

Director of Human Resources Myra Falteysek is a 15-year Bridging employee who provides vital leadership in fostering Bridging’s inclusive culture and meaningful recognition programs. She accepted the award on behalf of Bridging.
