Warehouse/Delivery Team Member
If you’re looking for a place to work hard, stay active, and have fun with a team, this may be the job for you! Daytime hours, part- and full-time available.
Position Summary: The Warehouse/Delivery Team Member is responsible for duties in the warehouse, commercial and residential pick-ups, and delivery of furniture and household items to clients. Drives 16- and 26-foot box trucks. Works with others to provide excellent customer service and to ensure the health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the work environment.

Job Requirements
- Understanding of and belief in Bridging’s vision and model

- Current valid driver’s license required
- Must pass HPE physical ability exam and drug screen, including marijuana and become DOT certified
- Ability and willingness to drive a straight truck (training provided)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Regular and on-time attendance required
- High school graduate or GED preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous warehouse/delivery experience preferred
Compensation: Minimum starting pay is $20/hour.
Warehouse Manager – Roseville (FT)
As the operational leader of the Roseville warehouse, the Warehouse Manager ensures that people, processes, inventory, and logistics work together to deliver safe, efficient, and high‑quality service. Through hands‑on leadership of staff and volunteers, this role upholds standards for safety, respect, and care—ensuring clients experience Bridging as reliable, compassionate, and mission‑driven.
This role is ideal for a leader who understands that warehouse operations are more than logistics—they are a powerful vehicle for impact.

Requirements:
- Minimum five years of warehouse experience, including two in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, warehouse workflows, and OSHA safety practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and hold people accountable.
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and lead in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to cultural humility and strong customer‑service orientation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with operational systems.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs., push/pull 100 lbs., and work onsite with occasional evenings/weekends.
- Ability to safely operate 26‑foot trucks; forklift and DOT certifications or ability to obtain.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, reliable transportation, and ability to pass required screenings.
- Reliable internet access outside the warehouse.
