What is the “agency finder”?

A list of referring agency partners (organizations) who refer clients to Bridging.

• In order to receive services from Bridging, you must be referred by one of more than 270 registered agency partners.
• This is not a comprehensive list of all agencies that refer to Bridging. If you have a caseworker at an organization not listed here, please reach out to them to find out if they are able to make a referral for you.
