Individual Volunteering Opportunities

Looking for a way to make an impact TODAY? We rely on volunteers to do just about everything at Bridging!

Right now, we have a need for wareouse volunteers in our new Plymouth location!

Without YOU, we couldn’t meet the need of our community and provide a foundational home setup to those transitioning to housing stability.

In 2024, volunteers contributed 66,283 hours to Bridging. That’s the equivalent of 32 full-time employees!

Join the team of individual volunteers at Bridging who are VITAL to our ability to operate each and every day! Interested in finding out more? Follow these steps to get started.

Step 1: Complete the online volunteer interest form

  • A volunteer coordinator will be in touch to provide information on next steps and how to access our tour schedule.

Step 2: Attend 60 minute informational tour

  • Prospective volunteers must attend a 60 minute tour prior to volunteering.
  • Tours are typically offered weekly at each location. We suggest touring at the locations where you prefer to volunteer.

Step 3: Join the team

  • After you attend a tour, you’ll work with the volunteer coordinator to find a volunteer role based on your interests and availability.
  • All shifts are scheduled in advance.
  • All volunteers must be 14 years of age or older (with or without an adult).
