What is your role and title at your agency?
“I am a career transition specialist at Humphrey Job Corps. I assist students with employment, housing, and other transition resources.”
How long have you been with your agency?
“I have been working with Job Corps for 23 years.”
Describe the important work you do at your agency.
“I work with students who are preparing to separate from Job Corps and who have already separated from the program. I try to connect them with resources which can help them live independently and be successful.”

About how many people per year (or month) do you refer to Bridging?”
“We referred about 8 people to Bridging last year.”
In what ways does Bridging make an impact in the lives of people you work alongside?
“We value the opportunity that Bridging provides for our students. Our students all come from low-income backgrounds and so resources such as Bridging are very important for them. Saving money on furniture and household goods allows them to put money toward other financial needs and goals.”
